The Airpod system has been engineered and edited to offer a core construction using simple minimal materials in relation to strength and performance, whilst offering the flexibility in design and size to grow and accommodate an expanding range of projects.

The main inner core is made of trusses which are wood and steel components bolted together. These trusses are constructed from Kertu, a heavy duty large laminate plywood which has a higher strength than standard building joists allowing for a more slender profiles. The Kertu joists are cnc cut and connected together with laser cut steel profiles to create a strong truss. The trusses can be made to span well over 20m. The Trusses then have aluminum profiled extrusions fixed to the outside which carry the fabric panels. The fabric panels can be constructed with a large range of fabrics from Clear ETFE to Silicon Glass and PVC. These panels inflate to a constant pressure and are regulated with a silent fan that only runs when needed in short bursts.

Airpod system is super light weight fully pre-fabricated system designed and manufactured in the UK. The system is designed to be easy to transport and assemble, which allows for site construction to take place at any location where traditional methods may be impossible
